Weight management
that puts you first.
Genetics, health conditions, medicines and everyday life all play a part. We take the time to understand yours, explain your options clearly and agree realistic goals together.
No prescription is guaranteed. Every treatment decision follows a full clinical review.

Is EZhealth right for you?
Two quick questions so you know where you stand before filling in the full medical questionnaire. Nothing here is stored.
What happens during an assessment?
- A review of your health and medical history
- A check of your current medicines and any possible interactions
- A conversation about your weight-management goals
- An assessment of whether treatment is safe and suitable for you
- Agreeing how we'll follow up and monitor your progress
No prescription is guaranteed. Some conditions need a GP or specialist review first, and we may ask your GP for more information.

Medical weight management is more than a prescription. Read about treatment options and safety

Meet Elizabeth
I founded EZhealth after years in community pharmacy and NHS general practice, supporting people with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. Obesity medicine is my particular interest.
I know managing weight can be hard, and that no two people's circumstances are the same. My aim is simple: compassionate, non-judgemental care that helps you make informed decisions and see lasting results.
“Your journey is personal. Your care should be too.”

Who we help
Adults looking for medical support with their weight, including people with stable long-term health conditions.
Adults exploring medical support

People with stable health conditions
We look at your wider health, including conditions such as high blood pressure, as part of your assessment.
Living with type 2 diabetes?
Well-controlled type 2 diabetes doesn't rule you out. We review your HbA1c, diabetes medicines, risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) and any complications, and may coordinate with your GP.
We don't currently treat people with type 1 diabetes.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you need? You can message us about your treatment at any time. We'll reply as soon as we can, though not instantly.
Do I need to visit a clinic?
No. Consultations take place by phone or video. Some people may need an in-person check with their usual healthcare team before treatment can be considered.
Will everyone who completes an assessment get medication?
No. Prescription treatment is only offered when it is clinically appropriate after an individual assessment.
Who dispenses and delivers my medicine?
An independent UK-registered pharmacy dispenses and delivers any prescribed medicine. EZhealth does not dispense, store or supply medicines.
Is this just about medication?
No. We also support you with nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle changes, alongside clinical monitoring if treatment is prescribed.
Can I use EZhealth if I have type 2 diabetes?
Potentially, yes. If your type 2 diabetes is well controlled and your health is stable, we can assess your suitability. We review your diabetes medicines, recent HbA1c, risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) and any complications, and may need to coordinate with your GP.
Do you accept patients with type 1 diabetes?
No. Type 1 diabetes is outside our current service. Your diabetes care team is the best place to discuss weight-management options.
Is this an emergency medical service?
No. We do not provide emergency or urgent care. In an emergency call 999. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, use NHS 111.
Ready to talk it through?
